Helping Families Succeed
The Therapeutic Family Assessment service have a strong therapeutic ethos, which offers families the opportunity to succeed by providing holistic support and therapeutic assessments, recognising families can make and sustain positive change and helping them build better futures together.
We provide a bespoke holistic wrap around service to families. This includes direct work with a therapist, development of parenting and life skills within a clear structure, parenting capacity assessments and supportive transition at the end of placements. The service will be delivered through a variety of settings and levels of support that provide a ‘step through’ approach, including semi-independent living and outreach support to families when transitioning to independence in the community.
